5 out of 5 starsI am just starting to learn the EFT, and it was super easy to print. I am confused about some of the spots to tap. Is it supposed to be in a very specific spot or just a general area? Mainly the underarm one.

Thank you so much for your 5 star review Diana 💜 I really appreciate the feedback and will do my best to clarify the tapping points as I further enhance my EFT listings here on Etsy. I do have a video on my YouTube channel (YouTube.com/SelfcareKaren) that explains the tapping points - but you have inspired me to do another, more extensive one, which I hope to publish soon. The under arm spot for tapping area is on the side of the chest - round about where your breasts end (hope that makes sense!).

5 out of 5 starsAnother fantastic EFT tapping script! I have a hard time finding anything that I like and that resonates with me when it comes to balancing my chakras. I already know that I love Karen's scripts. They are very well put together. She includes tips and simple instructions which I greatly appreciate. There's a lot of thought put into the scripts themselves. I absolutely love her scripts and have found them to be incredibly helpful! Not to mention that it's easy to see how much Karen cares about what she does and that she also cares greatly about her customers. I sincerely appreciate that about her. :)

Some of the SelfcareKaren listings can be personalised. Be sure to provide the information when requested (you can always message me with anything additional) so that your order is as bespoke as possible.

Delivery of item(s) purchased
All products sold on Selfcare Karen are electronic in nature - either with an instant digital download or via email once the personalised and custom item has been made. Usual turnaround time for custom orders, such as the personalised skincare recommendations, is 1-2 days but can take longer during busy periods.
Stockists
When you purchase a personalised skincare package every effort will be made to pick stockists in your country of purchase. Sometimes this is not always possible, as the items are not readily available, so alternatives are researched and recommended.

The different sizes of digital downloads are given within the listing details. However, if you would like the download in a size not listed, then do not hesitate to let us know.
Tell me more about your custom written & personalised meditation scripts?
I adore writing meditation scripts, especially when they are personalised. I believe that meditation is a powerful and effective way to change thought patterns and when a script is written for you (by me 🥰), you then record yourself reading the guide and then meditate to it, the results can be transformational. I have listings available for 5 and 10 minute bespoke scripts - you choose the subject matter. If you would like any other length or any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
What happens if you recommend a skincare product I have tried before?
I sell many different types of personalised skincare recommendation packages. I take into consideration the information you share with me about your skin type, skin concerns and budget when recommending products for your skincare routine. Many of these products I have tried myself. I also research products and take note on the feedback I receive. If I do recommend a item that you have already used, just let me know and I will happily recommend another.
Do you offer commercial licenses on your products?
I do not offer commercial licenses for items in my shop. However, if you're interested in obtaining a license for new, original work, please feel free to contact me. I'd be happy to discuss the possibilities and terms for licensing my creative content.
Where and how can your meditation scripts and EFT Tapping scripts be used?
The scripts I sell are intended for personal use and facilitation in individual or group settings focused on well-being and personal growth. They are not authorized for resale or distribution as standalone products. Scripts should NOT be copied, resold, distributed or altered in any way.
What experience and qualifications do you have with self-care?
I possess a unique blend of qualifications and experiences in the realm of self-care.
As a certified skincare coach, I focus on physical self-care, offering tailored guidance for maintaining healthy skin and overall well-being.
I have a strong foundation in mindfulness and meditation, having practiced meditation for several years. I've also undergone training to facilitate group meditation session.
Moreover, I hold certification as an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) practitioner, which aids in emotional self-care by addressing stress and emotional well-being. These qualifications enable me to offer holistic self-care support, emphasizing physical, emotional, and mental well-being, empowering individuals to attain balance and wellness.
